Bid Management & GeM Operations

Scope of Work

The Bid Coordinator will handle end-to-end bid management activities, including documentation, OEM coordination, and hands-on operation of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal and other tender sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, compilation, and submission of bids/tenders as per GeM and tender guidelines
  • Handling complete bid documentation including EMD, BG, declarations, annexures, and compliance documents
  • OEM coordination for MAFs, datasheets, certifications, and price support
  • Participation in GeM bids, BOQ uploads, reverse auctions, and buyer clarifications
  • Product listing, catalog management, and order compliance on GeM Portal and other tender sites
  • Coordination with internal teams for approvals and timely submissions
  • Maintenance of bid trackers, records, and MIS reports

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and other tender sites
  • Understanding of IT BOQ, Tenders, Contracts, and RFPs
  • Knowledge of government tendering and bidding processes
  • Strong documentation and compliance orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under strict timelines

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

Compensation
