The Bid Coordinator will handle end-to-end bid management activities,
including documentation, OEM coordination, and hands-on operation of
the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal and other tender sites.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation, compilation, and submission of bids/tenders as per GeM and tender guidelines
Handling complete bid documentation including EMD, BG, declarations, annexures, and compliance documents
OEM coordination for MAFs, datasheets, certifications, and price support
Participation in GeM bids, BOQ uploads, reverse auctions, and buyer clarifications
Product listing, catalog management, and order compliance on GeM Portal and other tender sites
Coordination with internal teams for approvals and timely submissions
Maintenance of bid trackers, records, and MIS reports
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and other tender sites
Understanding of IT BOQ, Tenders, Contracts, and RFPs
Knowledge of government tendering and bidding processes
Strong documentation and compliance orientation
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple bids under strict timelines
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
